Site Prep - Grading & Excavating

With some of the heaviest duty machinery in the industry we can effectively and efficiently tackle your task at hand! We don't just stop at building site preparations either! If you need driveways formed, ponds, & more we have the local ability to handle your tasks & desires!
Concrete Slab & Footings
Countryside Innovations offers concrete slab & footing services primarily where we do Monolithic pours that contains rebar in the footings, wire mesh entirely on the slab area, vapor barrier protection, & more! We allow our customers to select their thickness which usually is 4" or 6" in thickness with footings typically matching local frostline building code requirements. Frostlines typically are 12" or 24" in depth that we perform based on the area the project is located in. Countryside Innovations also performs additional concrete services on New or Damaged areas such as Side Walks, Driveways, Patios, & Retaining Walls.
Yard Drainage
At Countryside Innovations we offer yard drainage services such as French drains, Gutter piping, & more!But most importanly after site prep & concrete services have been performed 9 out of 10 times you will need to reroute potential water drainage problems to preserve your existing investment from water problems which lead to erosion problems under & around the concrete slab that your newly installed garage or shed sits upon! Allow Countryside Innovations to come in and trench you an entire water draining system of smooth wall piping to efficiently and effectively carry troubling water to a safe area on your property! Retaining Walls
Allow Countryside Innovations to not only do your site prep work, but also Retain any and all dirt back from being a future problem to the are you just had cleared for a future project such as a patio, metal garage, or backyard shed! Retaining walls are an effective way to add value to your home and property, control rain water runoff by draining through a gravel system that's behind the wall into a safe area for runoff! Don't let the picture fool you! Them retaining wall blocks shown in the photo measure 1.5ft tall x 48" wide giving it a total of 6 square ft on each blocks face! These blocks are heavy duty & will last you a lifetime!
